Today’s Frequency
Today's word is Supply.
Not luck. Not timing. Supply, which is the plain fact that there is more of everything than the story you are running allows for.
The energy available today is not for chasing. It is for noticing how often you decide something is not for you before anyone tells you the price.
A word for you, Darling
You watched someone this week move through her life without hesitating, and something in you went quiet.
Not envy exactly. Something closer to arithmetic, running fast, comparing her ease to your effort.
There is a sentence underneath it you have never said out loud: that you are somehow further behind than you should be. Darling, you are not behind. You are budgeting in a season of plenty.
A conversation with the Universe
At the market on a Thursday there are two women at the flower stall.
The first takes an armful of ranunculus, does not look at the sign, pays, and walks off.
The second has been holding one small bunch for four minutes. She has turned it over twice, looked at the price, done the sum, and thought about the electricity bill.
She puts them back and buys the vegetables she came for.
Walking home, something says to her: nothing was withheld from you today.
You had the money. You had the hand on the stems. You put them back yourself.
She stops on the pavement. It is true, and it is not about flowers.
Comparison tells you she was given something you were not.
Look closer. She simply did not argue with being allowed.
The Station Was Never Off
Darling, there is an old radio in a story someone once told me.
A woman inherits her grandmother's radio. It only plays static now.
She spends a week turning the dial, hunting for something new to replace what she assumes is gone.
Then one evening, she barely brushes the dial the other direction.
The same station her grandmother used to play returns, mid-song, like it had been playing the whole time under the static.
The universe says: I did not go anywhere. You were only tuned half a turn away.
The signal was never off, darling.
It was only buried.
There is a short sound pattern built for exactly this kind of retuning.
Three minutes. Eyes closed.
Nothing to force.
You are not becoming someone new tonight, darling.
You are only turning the dial back.
Manifest this too, darling.
The Practice
Buy or take one small thing today that you would normally put back, and let it cost what it costs without doing the sum out loud.
Flowers, the good bread, the seat with the view, the taxi.
This is not spending. It is a demonstration to your own system that supply is a state you live in, not a reward you are still qualifying for.
Say it with me
There is enough. I take the flowers.
Manifest this, Darling
Nobody at the stall was chosen over you. The abundance was on the table the whole morning, priced the same for everyone standing there.
You are not late and you are not short. You are simply allowed, and you have been the last to hear it.
The universe is holding the whole armful out to you, and it does not want the money back.
