She looked at the warm swatch. It had not changed.
She had just kept reopening it.
A decision you keep reopening never gets to become a room.
The field does not respond to your preference. It responds to what you have stopped putting up for a vote.
The Practice
Name the one decision you have already made more than twice, write it down as a finished sentence, and say:
“This is decided out loud, once”.
Saying it once and not again is the whole practice. Your system reads repetition as doubt, and a choice spoken once and left alone begins sending a settled signal into the field.
