Not loud. Just no longer turned down.

A conversation with the Universe
She sings in the kitchen in the mornings. An old radio on the shelf, a song she has known since she was nineteen.
When she hears a key in the door, her hand goes to the dial before she has even decided to move. She has done it so many times she no longer notices her own hand.
By the time anyone walks in, the kitchen is quiet. She is buttering toast like nothing was playing.
One morning the universe is in the kitchen with her, leaning on the counter.
You turn it down every time, it says.
Only when someone comes in, she says.
That is what I mean. The song never stops, you only stop letting it be heard.
She looks at the dial for a long moment. Then she turns it back up and keeps singing as the door opens.
What you keep turning down does not get smaller. It only gets harder for the world to answer.
The field responds to the signal you let out, not the one you hide on a low setting.
The Practice
Say one thing you believe out loud today to one person, plainly, without a joke attached to soften it.
The joke is how you turn the dial down. When you let the belief stand without an apology, your system stops broadcasting doubt over the top of your own desire.

Everything you are calling in can already hear you. The universe is ready to hand it over the moment you stop turning yourself down.
