Today’s Frequency
Today’s word is First.
Not first in line or first to finish. First as in the very first thing you let into your day, because it sets the tone for everything after.
A word for you, Darling
Every morning you wake up and, before your eyes are fully open, you check how far behind you are.
Other women’s mornings, other women’s money, other women’s lives. You start every day already losing.
Before the phone. Before the list. Before the first worry of the day.
There is a small ritual for that moment. You count to three, and for seven seconds you do one simple thing.
People call it God's wealth frequency: a quiet way to open the day as someone who is already provided for.
No journal and no vision board. Watch the short video tonight and let tomorrow begin softly.
A conversation with the Universe
Her phone sleeps on the nightstand, a hand’s reach from her pillow.
Every morning her first sight is a stranger’s sunlit kitchen, a friend’s new car, then her own bank app. By the time her feet touch the floor, she already feels poorer than when she went to sleep.
On Wednesday night the universe picks up the phone and carries it downstairs to the kitchen.
How will I wake up? she asks.
The way you used to, it says. With light.
On Thursday she reaches for the nightstand out of habit and finds only the small book she never finishes.
So she lies still. One, two, three.
For seven seconds she simply notices. The warm sheets, the sun on the wall, the smell of coffee she set to brew, the quiet of a home that is hers.
Seven seconds, and she already has more than her phone ever showed her.
She goes downstairs slowly. The phone waits on the counter, face down, and for once it can wait a little longer.
She left the phone downstairs. The morning was hers.
What you see first, you measure yourself against all day. Begin with what already provides for you, and the day begins in abundance instead of lack.
The Practice
Tomorrow morning, before you touch your phone, count to three and spend seven seconds naming what already provides for you.
Opening the day in sufficiency sets your frequency before the world can set it for you. The field reads that first signal and builds the day from it.
Say it with me
My day begins with what I already have.
Manifest this, Darling
Everything you long for is already part of a life that provides for you. The universe has been waiting at the window every morning, offering light before anything else.
You are allowed to begin the day full.
